Jarrod Loadholt is an attorney and government relations professional with expertise in helping private sector, governmental, and nonprofit clients navigate Washington, state capitals, and local governments on a broad range of policy, political, regulatory, public affairs, and strategic communications challenges and opportunities. A strategist at heart, Jarrod has dedicated his career to distilling complex public affairs, regulatory, legislative, and political issues for diverse stakeholders into actionable strategies that align with clients’ growth and development objectives.
Jarrod’s expertise has been developed and cultivated in both private and public sector environments – ranging from in-house legal and government relations roles at some of the U.S.’ fastest-growing technology companies, as the co-founding principal of a successful public affairs firm, in the United States House of Representatives as Senior Counsel on the House Committee on Financial Services as a co-staff director for the Subcommittee on Financial Institutions and Consumer Credit, and at two Am Law 200 law firms. This combination of diverse experiences allows Jarrod to bring advocacy, problem-solving, strategic planning, strategic communications, and public affairs experience to every client matter.
Jarrod graduated Phi Beta Kappa and summa cum laude from Morehouse College and earned a Master in Public Administration from the Harvard University Kennedy School of Government and a Juris Doctor from New York University School of Law.
